This position will support recruiting efforts by coordinating and ensuring complaince on Labor Certification recruitment issues. Support, improve, execute on recruitment initiaives for Labor Certifications, and other business-related immigration matters. This position is responsible for multiple complex LC cases with broad scope, high risk, and high impact. Tasks are of significant magnitude and important to the execution of corporate business strategies and achievement of company objectives. Responsibilities include: Ensure successful recruitment according to HR regulations and maintain case files per Depratment of Labor requirements. Work with management team and Human Resorces to finalize appropriate documentation. Partner with ad-placement vendor to ensure advertising efforts are carried out properly. Conduct detailed interviews and document applicant qualifications. Provide assistance on Public Access File requirements and review vendor notices for accuracy. Support interview process and assist recruiting staff and management teams in determining potential challenges associated with recruitment efforts. Monitor I-9 compliance and support recruitment efforts in processing international hires. ***This is a Limited Term Employment (LTE) opportunity lasting 6-12 months. Upon completion of this assignment, LTEs in good standing may be considered for other opportunities within WaMu and are encouraged to apply for open positions.*** Bachelor's Degree in Business, Social Sciences, or a related field. Recruitment, HR, or paralegal experience in a corporate or legal environment desirable. Experience in a support role, with previously demonstrated strong project and case management required. Multi-task when managing people and projects, while removing obstacles for the team. Strong analytic, interpersonal and organizational skills. Comfort with a wide variety of systems and report writing. Strong sense of teamwork and independent drive to attain results.
