Regional Marketing Executive

Silverton Bank, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, is a leading national correspondent bank chartered specifically to serve the needs of community financial institutions across the United States.  We are looking for a Regional Market Executive for our San Francisco office.

 



Job Summary

This person is responsible for managing a staff of Business Development Officers, overseeing the direction of the state office, and achieving sales objectives for a specific region. This person is responsible for developing new relationships and maintaining current relationships with Community Banks, by marketing and driving new sales on current and existing products and services.  This person is responsible for maintaining a current working knowledge of all products and services offered by Silverton Bank, its subsidiaries, strategic alliances and third-party vendors. 

 

Ø Develop and maintain a general working knowledge of Silverton Bank, its subsidiaries and all SB’s strategic alliance service offerings.

Ø Facilitate the development and maintenance of relationships with Department Heads, strategic alliances and third-party vendors to follow-up on business opportunities and/or problems encountered during customer contact.

Ø Help plan and schedule visits to all customers and assist in completing contact reports for all visits to customers, and for those customers that visit our bank.

Ø Responsible for leading state office team to meet Regional Sales Goals

Ø Act as a SB liaison at Business Development or any other Bank sponsored events.

Ø Responsible for managing team of Business Development Officers

Ø Managing Regional Office budget

 

Requirements

Education:  Completion of a bachelor’s degree program

Work Experience:  5-7 years relevant work experience

Skills/Knowledge:

Requires strong written and verbal communication skills

Candidate must have a solid understanding of sales, preferably in a banking environment

Outstanding customer service and follow-up skills
