Susquehanna has an excellent opportunity for a Regional Retail Sales Manager.  In this position, you will have overall management responsibility for a group of assigned offices, to include direct day-to-day contact with retail operations ensuring compliance with all company programs, processes and procedures, as well as, being responsible and accountable for, all of the branches in your area of responsibility in meeting or exceeding the branch budgets in terms of outstanding yield on assets and liabilities, expense and market risk within the branch’s trade area. You will also lead, coach, and motivate employees through encouragement and reinforcement, to create a work environment that fosters teamwork, high morale, and retention of workforce as well as demonstrate leadership and resourcefulness in all interactions with employees, colleagues and internal and external customers.

 

For a Regional Retail Sales Manager position, top candidates will possess the following:

 

· Five or more years experience as a Retail Banking Branch Manager or equivalent experience

· Strong sales and sales management skills

· In-depth knowledge of Retail Banking products, services and operations

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and superior organizational skills
