General Description: Regional Vice President

Bonds.com, Inc., a subsidiary of Bonds.com Group, Inc. serves institutional and self-directed fixed income investors by providing a comprehensive zero subscription fee online trading platform, BondStation. The company designed the BondStation fixed income platform to provide liquidity and competitive pricing to the fragmented fixed income market place.

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Vice President to sell our fixed income trading platform to fixed income investment professionals. individual will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring prompt resolution to issues and acting as a trainer/educator regarding Bonds.com, Inc’s comprehensive fixed income solutions and services. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of the fixed income market. All candidates must also be tenacious, have a results orientated work ethic, be a self starter, and be able to enhance existing customer relationships while also expanding our platform to new potential clients. The Regional Vice President is required to have the necessary experience and skills to solidify Bonds.com, Inc’s position as a leader in the financial services industry. NO relocation is required; all travel is within your region.

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

· Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers increasing their usage and volume of the Institutional platform, identifying business directives and new sales opportunities

· Prospect, cold call and make product presentations in-person or via webinars to institutional fixed income professionals

· Close prospects, facilitate account opening procedure and transition them to active platform users

· Educate clients on our comprehensive fixed income solutions, listen to their needs, and understand their goals, and identify appropriate Bonds.com, Inc solutions

· Identify and cultivate new business opportunities

· Stay up to date with internal process flows and market events affecting the securities industry

· Travel to and from client/prospect sites when necessary or required.

Skills/Qualifications:

· FINRA Series 7, 63 or 66 required

· B.A. or B.S. Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology or related degree preferred

· Superior customer service, sales, and consultative skills in the fixed income space are required

· Excellent verbal, written, and presentation/project management skills

· Ability to manage/work several active projects simultaneously and multiple client relationships where flexibility and self-motivation will produce results

· Ability to develop an excellent understanding of Bonds.com, Inc’s multiple product base and services, joining us with a solid understanding of the fixed income market

· Posses creative, strategic, sound judgment in decision making and problem solving

Compensation:

· Base compensation dependent on level of experience and company fit; the significant portion of this compensation is commission driven

· Comprehensive benefits including stock option plan, 401k, and  incentive compensation

· Paid time off of 15 days and benefits plan
