Regulatory Reporting--AVP, VP

Responsibilities:

- Preparing Quarterly Call reports : Consolidated Financial Statement, BS, IS, other disclosures

 

  including Derivatives.

 

 

 

 

- Preparing Quarterly FRY-11 reports - Stand-alone Non-Bank Subsidiary Financial Reporting

 

- Preparing Contingent Liabilities Disclosures - Commitments & Gty

 

- Preparing FFIEC 019 report - Cross-border exposure report

 

- Preparing FR 2900 / FR2069 Daily and Weekly Reports

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Preference:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

- CPA - Preferred but not required.

 

 

 

- Public Accounting Firm experience with Financial Institution clients

 

- FED Regulatory Reporting experience

 

 

 

- Proficient in Excel  and basic knowledge in Access
