This position will manage an existing portfolio of real estate/commercial loans of approximately $18MM, while continuing to generate new business and grow the portfolio. Success in this role requires the ability to promote and cross-sell products and services to profitable clients and partners within the line of business and related product areas; participate in District sales promotions and events; and play an active role in community organizations for the purpose of sourcing business development opportunities.A Bachelors degree in related field and 5 to 7 years of relevant lending experience are required along with strong credit analysis skills in real estate underwriting and structuring; experience with public sector loan programs and effective use of community resources; and proficiency in Microsoft software.
