JOB DESCRIPTION:
JOB LEVEL: Take a proactive role in ensuring that the portfolio is properly monitored and risk rated, and completing due diligence and credit actions in a timely manner. Assists RM in managing existing portfolio of deposit clients, including overdrafts, cross-selling new products and services, and helping handle client issues as they arise. Assist SRM and RM's with special projects.
JOB COMPLEXITY: Able to perform financial analysis, write credit memos, handle one-on-one client interaction (initialy with help from RM/SRM). Able to handle account opening process and a variety of routine documentation/regulatory. Reviews noncompliance and past due status for assigned accounts. Contacts client to resolve routine compliance or account related questions.
SUPERVISION: Works under direction of the Relationship Manager and Senior Relationship Manager.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE: 0-2 years experience. Basic accounting skills. Some direct client interaction.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
