Position Summary:

 

We are seeking bilingual, seasoned, energetic, and tech-savvy remote customer service representatives who are passionate about helping our customers. As an AccountNow Remote Agent, you will be receiving incoming calls from current and potential customers. The type of calls may vary depending on the customers need(s). You will receive all of the necessary information to handle these calls during the program training and have weekly meetings with your Team Manager.

 

Job Function

 

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:Provide S.T.A.R.S ( Super, Terrific, Absolutely, Refreshing, Service) to all customers in English and SpanishProvide a personalized service and offer the benefits of our product Monitor and manage performance based on customer surveys and manager feedback Offer benefits of having an AccountNow Vantage Visa or Vantage MasterCard Discuss new products with Customers over the  phone Greet and Serve customers with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism. Determine customer needs in order to sell/upgrade services Explains company policies and procedures concerning all services. Provide quality customer service surrounding company values Accesses customer databases or other electronic files and/or paper reference material to locate customer records and research account history

 

Qualifications and Experience

 

Required Skills:Be Bilingual in English and SpanishDSL or HIGHSPEED INTERNET CONNECTION (IP Static line/ No wireless connection) a must. This should be a dedicated DSL line for you to work from.

Questions to ask yourself if you are not sure about your current connection.

§  Who is my ISP (Internet Service Provider)?

§Is my ISP a Cable Modem provider? DSL provider? Other?  

§What is the current setup I have in order to access the internet?

§Do I have the modem, which should be supplied by their ISP, plugged directly into the current computer they have?

§ OR! Do I have a router setup? Modem to > Router to > CPU

 If YES!!!

§ Who created the setup?

§ Was it their ISP who created the Modem-Router-CPU setup?

§ I did it myself! If so, can you access the current router they have and attain all the settings on the router for us to input into the router we have to send you? 

§ If you cannot answer these questions, then you should contact your ISP before proceeding.

 

 Also have the ability to work in front of a webcam for the duration of your work shift. The desire and availability to work more than 20 hours a week. MUST BE FLEXIBLE IN SCHEDULE Ideal for mature individuals looking for supplemental income Quiet workspace at home Ability to learn via live instructor lead phone/ conference call Proficiency with window and internet based applications Legally able to work in the United States Must be Efficient, Organized and Detail Oriented Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and changing environment High School Diploma or equivalent Type 30 wpm Must have a minimum of 12 months previous customer contact experience preferably working in a call center Effective listening skills to ensure understanding of customer concerns, instructions and directions from team members. Excellent communication skills to effectively deal with customers. A professional and articulate phone voice, in addition to Basic Math, Reading, and Writing skills to be able to resolve billing disputes, read instructions and document necessary paperwork Must be able to work with minimal supervision including effective handling of customer escalations

 

 

Salary/Benefits:  Potential to make over 30k in salary and bonus

 

Location: Work from home in a private office setting

 

Hours: Must be able to work from home part time in between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm Pacific Standard Time. Work schedules may vary
