ViewPoint Bank...It's Different Here!The Reporting Representative is responsible for various types servicing functions regarding loans originated, serviced, and sold by ViewPoint Bank and for loans subserviced by CFS.Job ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service - Receive, respond to, and process internal and external CFS customer telephone, e-mail, and Help Desk inquires and requests regarding the existing real estate loans subserviced by CFSReview and maintenance HELOC loan initial rate changesProperty Taxes processing on FICS/MS systems for loans subserviced by CFS: Manually set-up, delete, and maintenance all first mortgage lien loans subserviced by CFSReview, process, research, and disburse property taxes on all first lien escrowed mortgage loans Research, process, and disburse (if applicable) notices of delinquent property taxesMail property tax receipt request on all non-escrowed loans sub-serviced for CFS clients Review and approve all Subordination Agreement requests receivedNew loan set-up for loans acquired to sub-service for CFS clients on FICS/MS servicing systemInvestor Reporting: Close out investor monthly totals, prepare, run, and balance Month End Reports for CFS Clients on FICS/MS Servicing system.Report, Remit and Reconcile Investor reports for VPB loans sold in the Secondary Market ACH Mortgage payment set-up with follow up letter to borrower(s), change, and cancellation for all loans serviced by VPB or subserviced by CFS.Escrow Analysis: Create, research any escrow shortage or surplus >=$500, and disburse escrow surplus funds >=$50 for all escrowed loans subserviced by CFSHazard/Fire/Flood/Wind Insurance processing for all first lien loans subserviced by CFS to include: Send insurance coverage expiration or cancellation notices on all escrow and non-escrowed first lien loansDisburse annual and additional insurance premiums on escrowed loansRequest, pay, and track forced place insurance coverage on first lien loans that no insurance coverage is provided by borrower.Updated loan level insurance information on non-escrow first lien loans
