Research Analyst

Victory Capital Management is a leading global investment management firm specializing in providing investment services to institutional clients. You will be a part of our International Small Cap Investment team assisting Portfolio Manager/Senior Research Analysts in all aspects of the investment process. Specific responsibilities: · Assist Portfolio Managers with investment research. · Provide analytical support to the Asian investment team. · Conduct company and market research on an assigned country/sector. · Input trades from Portfolio Managers. · Participate in client presentations. To qualify you must possess the following: · 1-2 years experience with international investment markets (especially emerging markets) preferred. · Knowledge of an Indian or Asian language required. · Bachelor’s degree required; · MBA or CFA candidate preferred. · Travel or overseas living experiences a plus. · Strong quantitative skills. · Solid knowledge of Excel. · Excellent interpersonal skills/team player. · Recent college and/or MBA grads welcome to apply.
