The Research & Development group within National Federal Solutions is currently looking for professionals at various levels to help build its National team.    Research & Development, targets companies eligible for various Research & Development Tax Incentives.  Our team includes many former IRS officials who personally participated in the development of R&D credit regulations and rulings. In addition to extensive industry and technical experience, our specialists are supported by an electronic database of work programs, templates, and technical resources that give our professionals a distinct advantage in delivering services to a variety of industries, including life sciences, manufacturing, and software/technology.   We are currently looking for Senior Consultants to join the R&D team.  As a member of the R&D team you will have the opportunity to leverage your Accounting, Tax or Law knowledge to identify opportunities to secure such Tax incentives for our clients.  You will conduct interviews with highly knowledgeable scientists/engineers, attend client meetings with professionals, assist in providing services directly to clients and be afforded the opportunity to participate in all aspects of engagement strategic planning initiatives. Flexibility for travel is required.   As a Deloitte Tax Senior, all applicants must possess the following: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field; Desirable: CPA, MS in Accounting or Taxation, or JD - R&D experience is a plus. - Previous Federal/Core Tax or Financial Audit backgrounds are desired.
