Take a few moments to see what we can offer you.You as a Mortgage Loan Coordinator I will Analyze all credit, income, asset and collateral information on an assigned caseload of mortgage loans and making credit decisions utilizing both technology and credit evaluation skills. Complete the loan process through closing, shipping and/or file retention in accordance with industry, corporate and compliance guidelines. Manage a caseload of 20-30 transactions within conforming loan limits and basic portfolio requests within assigned credit authority. Manage own work flow and interacting with customers, Realtors, appraisers, vendors and closing agents.
