Retail Sales and Service Coach (62) - Region I

FUNCTION: In conjunction with the Sr. Sales & Service Coach(es), is responsible for the preparation and delivery of Regional Sales and Service Coaching. Working with branch management, identifies specific coaching needs and makes recommendations to Sr. Coach(es) for potential changes to core corporate curriculum. Assists in the procedural support of special sales promotions. Acts as regional expert for special projects related to such major events as conversions, systems upgrades, etc. DUTIES: 1. Working jointly with the Sr. Sales & Service Coach(es), prepares and delivers sales and service coaching for Retail branch network. a) Together with branch management, identifies specific branch coaching needs through various means (management recommendation, survey, exception reporting, requests, etc.). b) As appropriate, makes recommendations to Sr. Coach(es) regarding changes to the corporate curriculum. c) Working with Sr. Coach(es) prepares lesson plans, job aids and any other necessary materials relevant to coaching assignments. d) As directed by Sr. Coach(es), provides coaching and operational assistance to branch staff on procedural aspects of all special sales promotions. e) Participates on project teams and represent the division as an expert for such major activities as mergers, systems upgrades, etc. 2. Performs additional duties as requested.Required SkillsQUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, the incumbent must have strong facilitation skills, outstanding sales and service skills, be proficient in both written and verbal communications, and excellent interpersonal skills. This position requires a self- starter with strong organizational skills.Required ExperienceEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Candidate should have a minimum of two years of related experience. Successful candidates should have formal computer training or equivalent work experience including proficient use and knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and database files. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and the Internet is desirable.
