Reverse Sales Supervisors begin with a forgivable draw and after that, we have a 100% draw against commission plan. The Reverse Sales Supervisor is responsible for: • Creating awareness and demand for Reverse Mortgages • Directing and managing the sales activities of 1-4 Reverse Mortgage Consultants to manage customer service and loan generation • Personally soliciting reverse residential mortgages from various sources and producing high quality loans which meet WFHM guidelines while providing excellent customer serviceThe ideal candidate is empathetic to the unique needs of Seniors and passionate about helping them achieve their financial goals.
