We provide lower cost alternatives to this market with products including “second chance” bank accounts, debit (stored value) cards, credit builder solutions, and direct deposit and bill payment services through multiple marketing channels. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:Customer letter processingOutbound customer dispute followupAssistance with research related to customer transactions Printing customer statements & reportsAssistance with daily mail, reviewing, distributing and filingUpdating spreadsheet reports Assisting with other projects and audits as needed

 

Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skillsExperience and proficiency with Microsoft Office programsDetail oriented, ability to multi-task, and strong time management skillsWork well in a team environment as well as be individually motivatedAbility to work independently and with minimal supervisionAble to work in a fast paced environmentDependable
