Risk Data Analyst

PlumRhino Consulting has an exciting 30-60 day contract for a Risk Analyst located in downtown Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of loan workout or commercial underwriting experience and be extremely detail oriented. In addition, the analyst must have experience with cash flow. The Analyst will be responsible for reviewing commercial real estate loan files and  focusing on transactions. In addition, the Analyst will pull data on income and cash flows on files that are currently in workout or have previously defaulted. The Analyst will analyze any workout information that is relevant. The Analyst will analyze data for accuracy and integrity and help populate missing data.  The candidate must be proficient in Access and Excel.  The position requires a candidate with excellent oral and written communication skills.
