Ability to inform, educate and influence to effectively communicate proposed projects. Exceptional project management, analytical and research skills with a demonstrated ability to lead projects from inception through completion. Exceptional PC skills including word processing, spreadsheet, internet, database, SAS and internal bank software. Responsibilities Responsible for leading Collections and Recoveries strategy and analysis efforts. Leading analytical projects for both departments around account entry, treatment and operational strategy. Ensure that key performance trends are diagnosed and appropriate actions are identified and pursued. Provide analytical and thought leadership to department testing and innovation, actively proposing and shepherding in-market experiments around entry, segmentation and treatment. Partner with other department/units on issues regarding performance, information and analysis. Lead special projects and present findings, analysis and recommendations to senior management. Management responsibility for timeliness and integrity of analytic projects within department and through partner resources.
