Key is meeting the future with confidence. Won't you join us? Job Description: Under general direction, responsible for conducting and documenting the more complex risk review projects independently. Position may provide functional advice or training to less experienced risk review positions. Typically requires five to seven years of experience. Essential Functions: -As part of the Risk Review Group (RRG) organization, perform business analysis, project planning and coordination activities in support of the RRG's strategic priorities. -Work closely with the RRG management team and subject matter experts to understand their business needs and help to identify opportunities to leverage the RRG workflow applications and management reporting solutions. -Perform business and data analysis activities and help to direct the efforts required to deploy new or enhancements to existing workflow applications to the RRG organization and partners, as appropriate. -This position requires an individual who demonstrates strong audit skills, analysis skills, and project coordination, as well as experience interfacing with clients. -Facilitate information gathering sessions with RRG representatives and partners to understand the business needs and provide innovative solutions that integrate the needs of internal clients, executive management and other partners, as appropriate. -Manage multiple projects simultaneously.-Responsible for planning and communicating initial project milestones, managing project plans, resources, documentation, communications and the success of all project activities. -Coordinate the tasks required to deploy RRG workflow application RRG and partners; conduct an initial assessment of the business needs and project scope. -Support data analysis activities by analyzing data housed in a variety of workflow applications utilizing various tools. Based on RRG requirements, help to determine availability of data, best source of data, approach to maintain data quality, etc. - Direct the RRG through data clean up efforts and help to implement ongoing data quality management practices. - Ensure meetings and critical decision points are clearly documented and communicated. - Provide periodic updates on project status that clearly articulate accomplishments and future milestones. - Escalate project issues to the team manager and assist in issue resolution. - Establish strong client relationships and partnerships with RRG representatives that will enable our team to be more effective in delivering workflow solutions. Marginal Functions: Contribute to the identification, development, and prioritization of projects for WPA RRG team within RRG. Required Skills: -College degree in business, finance, or related field or equivalent experience -Ability to work under limited supervision-Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills -Effective communicator, dealing with various audiences -Excellent written communication skills -Ability to multi-task -Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office tools (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Preferred Skills: -Professional experience in the audit industry -Experience with Lotus Notes, ACL Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations in a client support role-Demonstrated leadership in a cross-functional and information sharing environment Life at Key is exciting, challenging, and rewarding.
