Route Collections Manager - Eastern MA and RI Area



 Job Responsibilities

 





·  Coordinate and execute the timely collection of coin and card operated commercial laundry equipment through the Route Collections Department personnel in the eastern MA and RI region

·  Manage a count-room operation and several Route Collectors in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance standards

·  Ensure all revenue is counted/processed daily and provide monthly reports to Branch Operations Manager

·  Administer payroll, performance reviews, coaching and counseling for staff of less than 10

Manage budget items that involve Collection Department; auto expenses, uniforms, supplies, etc

 Job Qualifications

 





·  Strong organizational and inventory skills – must be detail oriented

·  Good judgment and customer service skills

·  Computer literate, primarily Word and Excel

·  Count-room and collection experience preferred

·  Knowledge of vending coin and card systems and collection procedures

·  Managerial experience (3-5 years )

·  Some mechanical ability

·  Valid drivers license with excellent driving record and habits

Ability to handle various weights(50-100 lbs) up and down stairs
