Transportation Alliance Bank, TAB, a wholly owned subsidiary, is current seeking aSenior Collection Specialist / SupervisorJob SummaryCustomer service based collecting on accounts and account reconciliation. Responsible for contacting debtor’s to resolve account discrepancies and to make satisfactory payment arrangements  Works closely with Department Management to identify and report any and all account discrepancies or potential red flags. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review and work weekly aging reports. Make customer service contacts to debtors concerning payment arrangements on past due accounts. Document all contacts and other important information in designated software. Work closely with Department Management to identify changes in account aging patterns. Work with Department Management to determine priority of calls to be made. Identify changes in aging trends. Provide outstanding customer service to debtors & customers. Various other tasks assigned by Department Management.Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a business related field. 3 to 5 years collections experience in a high volume collections atmosphere. Experience in the financial services and / or transportation industries a plus.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements Demonstrated customer service skills. 10 Key skills.
