Additional information may be found at www.citigroup.com or www.citi.com Citi Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Citi") are equal opportunity employers M/F/D/V and do not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status or characteristic.DEPARTMENT OVERVIEWThe Production Assurance department is responsible for providing support for the Firm’s clients involving any issue relating to Document and Business Services by investigating issues, providing a root cause analysis and ensuring a corrective action along with an acceptable long-term resolution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITIONThe requirements & responsibilities for all aspects of this role include (but are not limited to) the following: · Client Services· Researcho  Provide the validation and preliminary investigation of issues and inquirieso  Ensure a SIRT is generated by the DBS BISO for all privacy issueso  Communicate with Smith Barney branch personnel to assist in inquiries related to Print & Distributiono  Ensure that DBS Account Executives, Production Managers and staff comply with the process and procedures instituted· Analysiso  Review and validate all data gathered by or reported to Control & Procedures relating to client issueso  Participate as a member of a Control Management Team in supporting an ongoing production business· Reportingo  Issue identification, investigation, resolution and documentationo  Data compilation and preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports o  Provide data analysis for Senior Management· Production Assuranceo  Maintain Special Handling and FedEx Statement Processing informationo  Participate in the daily production calls and the monthly Statement processing·  Internal Audit of RCA’so  Prepare RCA documentation for a successful audit (RCA, email trail, job tickets & signatures)o  Prepare file for designated internal auditorCANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS (KEY COMPETENCIES, MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, SKILLS REQUIRED/TECHNICAL AND NON-TECHNICAL) Articulate in communication skills (oral & written) Ability to recognize and highlight potential problems and escalate to management where necessary. Effective skills to develop and maintain strong client relationships. Maintain service levels. Individual must be able to multitask Knowledge of the securities industry and its operations Must be a team player and pay close attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance, or relevant work experience required
