BTG leads organizational change by driving a culture of continuous improvement and project management through common methodologies, tools, and training that promote positive change and enable employee empowerment.SVP, Business Transformation is responsible for leading all aspects of multiple client engagements.  Our SVP’s lead project teams to define the problem, analyze and document current processes, identify improvement opportunities, develop solutions, execute on recommendations and manage key clients.  SVP’s are expected to bring deep expertise in business processes, technology, change management and performance driven metrics. In addition to managing large project teams, SVP’s will manage direct reports from Consultants to FVPs.  Primary Responsibilities Include:  Structuring and managing large scale, complex business transformation projects, including leading complex enterprise level imaging programs and independently insuring that the strategic direction is supported and the imaging technology and business processes are well aligned. Managing a large matrixed team comprised of external and internal team members in the delivery of enterprise imaging solutions. Managing financial metrics against project plans and goals Facilitating solution-oriented meetings with client executives Developing and managing relationships across various divisions Mentoring, coaching and providing thought leadership to the teamA successful candidate will have:  15+ years of experience with business and management consulting, process improvement, or project management Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects from inception to implementation ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget Demonstrated success mentoring, coaching, managing performance in a high performing environment and providing team leadership Experience with hypothesis driven consulting methods Strong financial background, solid quantitative and analytical skills Comfortable operating in the absence of formal structure Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to effectively engage with and present to senior executive management Proven ability to negotiate consensus amongst diverse groups Consulting background more focused on “tangible results” than “selling” Undergraduate degree is required The ideal candidate may also possess: ·Financial services or mortgage banking industry experience·Experience with document management software such as Documentum and data capture software such as Captiva.·MBA  Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
