Reporting to the EVP of Wealth management, the Senior Vice President of Project Management will focus on the implementation of the Wealth management strategic plan across the organization. He/she will be responsible for developing a project plan that will enable the strategic vision to drive sales, develop and enhance customer relationships, as well as driving operational efficiencies within the organization.
Specific Responsibilities
The SVP will be amongst the senior management team of the organization. He/She would be responsible for the overall implementation of the Integrated Wealth Market Strategic Plan by making decisions concerning strategic initiatives through a demonstrated ability to utilize broad-based info and knowledge. He/She would be responsible for ensuring that the plan is not implemented without a direct understanding of how it will benefit the wealth markets. He/She will work closely with all key stakeholders throughout the organization to drive results.
Specific deliverables include:
He/She will be responsible for creating and implementing a sales model that is incentive based. He/She will be responsible for building a tracking system to measure progress for the niche growth strategies. Working with management team to pilot, track and implement a relationship model that will foster cross selling opportunities within Wealth Management and provide optimal client servicing. Build various revenue models that will provide a tool to measure the growth and analyze the success of the Wealth Management strategy. Establishing and maintaining a high level of business alignment and confidence in the project team's knowledge of, and concern for, strategic business issues. Provide overall leadership, development and motivation to the key stake holders within Wealth Management

The Person
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree required, preferred MBA.
· 15-20 years of experience in strategic planning, project management or an operational role within a financial services organization.
· Ideally experience leading projects within a Wealth Management organization, or banking background.
· At least 3 years of experience in project management of major strategic projects, particularly as a business lead for strategic or operational implementation.
· Should have successfully managed cross functional projects with specific deliverables.
· Should have demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in relationship management.
· Should have gained experience in leading cross-functional work teams.
· Should have demonstrated competency in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems.
· Should have demonstrated high competency in project management and the execution of multiple.
· Should have strong oral and written communications; an ability to present and discuss information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades other and gains consensus.
