Sales Administrator - Treasury Management Solutions

We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator - Treasury Management Solutions for our Chicago Loop office.

Key responsibilities will include:
This position is responsible for providing direct sales support to TMSG Relationship and Business Development Sales Representatives and high level client problem solving support. Group project coordination along with process and quality monitoring. Prepare pre-call sales and proposal materials, pricing pro-formas. Join in sales calls and execute periodically assigned client outreach via telephone. Assist in the implementation of services to new and existing clients, including preparation of service and pricing documentation.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Treasury Management Services experience/knowledge preferred. Proven customer service skill, both on the telephone and in person. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Acquire and demonstrate proficiency in using Cole Taylor on-line systems. Proven time management and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and ability to adapt to a changing environment. Operations or customer service experience required. Sales experience a plus.
