Sales Assistant/Client Analyst

Our client is a leader in global investment banking, securities and investment management firmthat provides a wide range of services worldwide to a substantial anddiversified client base that includes corporations, financialinstitutions, governments and high-net-worth individuals.

 

Currently, we are searching for a Sales Assistant for the West Palm Beach office. 

The Client Service Associate providesadministrative and operational support to Financial Advisors.Responsibilities include direct client contact; providing account andmarket information; problem solving; maintaining files; preparingcorrespondence and documents for Financial Advisors and clients.

Qualifiedcandidates will be detail oriented with strong organizational, phone,and client service skills. Excellent computer skills and a provenability to handle multiple tasks efficiently are also required. 1-2years financial industry experience and 2 years administrativeexperience preferred. Series 7 and 63 or 66 preferred or willing to obtain.
