Sales Assistant / Paraplanner for a Financial Planner

The firm was established in 1989 to help private investors identify and acquire a diverse range of financial services and products that afford flexible alternatives to traditional investment solutions. NEA Senior Representatives draw on their combined personal experience of more than 100 years in the financial services industry to assist clients with Private Asset Management; Estate, Financial, and Retirement Planning; and Real Estate Investments, including Tenants-in-Common/1031 Exchanges.

- 1 - 7+ years of professional experience

- 1 - 3 years of sales experience preferred

- Quick learner

- Desire to succeed

- Confidence and Resiliency

- Ability to hit the ground running
- Self-starter with a work hard play hard mentality

- Self-motivated, energetic and determined to achieve success

- Superb verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

 

You would be responsible for:

 

- Executing trades

- Processing new business

- Tracking business, transactions and transfers

- Resolving account issues

- Account maintenance

- Client service preparation

- Resolving client issues

 

Experience in the Financial Services Industry is preferred, but not necessary.  A Series 7 and/or Series 24 license and experience will give you a head start on the licenses and registrations needed to become successful in our company.

We offer a $40,000 to $55,000 base (depending on licensing and experience), plus bonus opportunity, and benefits, including medical, dental, vision etc.  No relocation available - locals only, please.
