We currently have a great career opportunity for a Relationship Associate (Sales Assistant). Position is based in Bellevue, WA.  As the Relationship Associate, you will support the Commercial Banking sales team. Responsibilities include: • Assists with administrative, operational and documentation efforts of Relationship Managers (sales team). • Fields incoming service requests, handles inquiries in an efficient and timely manner. • Solves customer problems. • Assists in the new application process and loan closing process.• Maintain call and deal tracking database. • Assists Relationship Mangers with call preparation including performing industry/client research, preparing agendas and sales proposals and the initiating all follow-up correspondence. • Assists sales efforts by serving as back up for the automatic lead assignment process, sets call appointments, and introduces product to clients and prospects to effect cross sell opportunities.  Requires excellent customer service experience and proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as the Internet. Experience with Lotus Notes a plus.
