You have special abilities when it comes to confidently approaching prospective TCF customers, opening new accounts and referring customers to products in lending and investments. And, you’re able to appear at work 20-25 hours per week between 8am to 8pm any day of the week, including some weekends every month. A high school diploma / GED, previous customer service / sales experience, Effective communication and interpersonal skills and PC skills have transformed you from an ordinary human being to the super Sales Associate we’re looking for.

Your efforts will be well rewarded with starting pay between $8-10 per hour plus potential to earn incentives every month, and an attractive benefits package that includes medical, tuition reimbursement, stock purchase plan, discounted Metro-Pass and more.
