Internal Securities Real Estate Wholesaler

Chicago-based Real Estate syndicator hiring FIVE MORE internal wholesalers to sell Class A and B Multifamily Real Estate funds, REITs and identified asset syndications to Broker Dealers and Registered Investment Advisors--This is a B2B wholesaling position selling to investment professionals. Earn 1% commission on equity raised. Office and position located in Bannockburn, Illinois.

We sponsor performance-based, private and public equity real estate investment funds targeting broker dealers and registered investment advisors--This is a B2B wholesaling position. Average equity raises will range from $500,000 to $10 million per dealer—Position income is $260,000 per year closing only one dealer per week--this is the minimum job expectation and thus, the minimum income in this position for all performers is $260,000 per year. Top producers will close two dealers per week and earn $520,000 per year.
