Job Description: Act as Senderra liaison to counterparties as it relates to whole loan dispositionsInterpret new investor requirements for loan delivery/funding and coordinate appropriate internal changesResponsibility to servicing with respect to boarding/deboarding Responsibility for collateral management at warehouse banksMonitor fallout loans and provide feedback loop to front end originationsProactively engage with peers at investor and provide ground level feedback on diligence methodologies and trendsMonitor pipeline and actively sort inventory targeted towards end investorsCreate deal calendars and actively interface with front end origination to ensure timely funding/disposition of assetsWork with end investors to clear conditionsMonitor trailing docs and ensure docs are sent in timely manner

 

Work Experience Requirements:2+ years mortgage banking background in capital markets, secondary marketing, or loan deliveryPrevious transaction management experience preferred. Credit or underwriting background desirable.Must be aggressive, self starterAbility to work effectively and accurately with great attention to detail

 

Education Requirements:  Bachelor's degree
