Provides production support. Provides assistance to the implementation efforts by identifying potential issues and changes in workflows. Acts as a point of contact for business end users within securities lending. Participate in the development of testing strategies for new business intelligence implementation; Create, document, execute and review both multi-dimensional data related test cases and presentation layer query and reporting test cases; ability to construct complex test cases on dimensional data with aggregation and transformation rules; act as the liaison between the business and technology, serve as primary Cognos subject matter expert across the organization and assist users with adhoc report construction queries; ensuring project activity is customer focused, results oriented, performance driven, and in compliance with all applicable internal and external requirements Job Specifications Bachelor's degree in business, technology or related field. Three plus years QA experience. Experience in securities lending, custody or trading applications a plus. Very strong SQL skills a must. Excellent relationship management, communication, analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills. Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment. Cognos or related BI tool experience strongly desired. Click here to apply
