Five Point Capital seeks a talented, driven and passionate sales minded individual to join our team for an Inside Sales, Account Executive.
You'll be responsible for the conversion of in-bound leads (generated by our marketing programs), by creating leasing solutions for small to medium size business throughout the United States. These converted leads will become part of your client database for future repeat business. The Inside Sales, Account Executive position is 100% inside phone sales, no knocking on doors or spending the day on the road.

Responsibilities:
· Converts in-bound telephone leads that are generated by targeted marketing campaigns. Establish and maintain a strong client base.
· Develops an active prospect database through follow up of interested leads.
· Educates customers on equipment financing solutions and best practices for utilizing different financing options.
· Conducts independent evaluation of credit risk, compliance, payment options, underwriter options and priority of customer funding.
· Establishes and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to grow customer base.
· Mentors new Account Executives as necessary.
· Other responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
· Some sales experience preferred. (Understanding of sales cycle and strategies)
· Strong work ethic, self motivated and ambition to exceed goals.
· Competitive spirit, passionate, tenacious.
· Positive attitude and energy.
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
· Eager for constructive feedback to continuously improve.
· Excellent communication, written and oral.
· Strong Phone presence and ability to sell via phone.
· Entrepreneurial spirit and character.
· Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
· Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
