 Chief Credit Officer- 

Review of the Bank’s loan portfolio under the direction of the CEO and Board of Directors, responsibilities are listed as follows:

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for insuring Bank compliance to all applicable government and banking regulatory policies including credit and collateral documentation and systematic examination of outstanding loans.

· Responsible for analysis, quality and control of loans as required by the Board of Directors and Bank policy in relation to loan and loan loss reserve ratio and reporting of such to Board of Directors.

· Responsible for continual interaction with Chief Financial Officer and monthly analysis with Board of Directors for large loan portfolios, complex loans, weak loans and problem loans.

· Responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly and annual Board of Director reports.

 

· Responsible for management of the following Departments-

o Loan Review and Compliance Department

o Collections Department

o Credit Analyst and Underwriting Department

· Responsible for creating a productive, rewarding and stable work environment for Credit Department.

Required Qualifications:

· 5 years or more of experience with a California Bank in the functional capacity, and bearing the title of Chief Credit Officer.

· Proven record of performance at a high level in the capacity of Chief Credit Officer.
