Update and maintain market access requirements and documentation for complex foreign markets. Work with senior level client representatives, sub-custodian banks, market regulators, Network Officers and Global Services Legal to effectively open foreign cash and security accounts and to ensure compliance with market and corporate standards and client satisfaction. Review of complex legal documents. In-depth understanding of complex client account structures. Train new employees. Employee Specifications Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and communication skills. In-depth technical knowledge of institutional investor account structures. Strong computer and State Street system skills including word processing, spreadsheet, database software, GSMAC and MCH. Ability to work in a fast paced environment.Click here to apply
