Senior Account Service Administrator (64) - Saugus

Provides administrative support to trust account officers, including monitoring of account balances, daily payment of bills through direct computer input, preparation of annual probate accounts, maintenance of accurate computer based account information including beneficiary information, synoptic information and generated functions, oversees set-up of new accounts and closing of distributing accounts. Monitors implementation of investment programs. Monitors and prepares requests for exercise of discretionary authority. Under the supervision of an account officer, administers a number of selected accounts directly. Administers a selected group of accounts, performing routine administrative functions as required. Over time, develops direct relationships with clients, servicing them independently as is appropriate. With the oversight of the supervising account officer, prepares investment recommendations for assigned accounts. In concert with a supervising account officer, seeks out new business opportunities from assigned accounts and other sources. Provides support to account officers, including the preparation of correspondence and memos, maintenance of account files and answering of telephones.Required SkillsDemonstrated basic knowledge of principles of trust administration. Excellent interpersonal skills, both in person and on the telephone. Microsoft Office software skills.
