Signature Bank seeks a team player for one of its Brooklyn private client groups. Signature's focus is delivering high-quality services to a select clientele, with attention to developing a professional and lasting relationship. We currently have the following exciting opportunity:

 


Senior Client Associate

In this position, you will provide personalized banking services to Signature’s private banking clients.  Your advanced knowledge of banking products will aid you in responding to inquiries and requests regarding accounts.  Other responsibilities may include discussing alternative banking solutions, and coordinating and assisting bank support personnel in resolving client issues.  Knowledge of commercial loans is a plus. In this key position, you will be exposed to many areas of the bank including mortgages, loans and cash management. 

 

The qualified candidate will be professional, have strong customer service and communications skills, and be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office. A broad knowledge of financial service products is required.
