Working closely with the assigned management teams, the Senior HR Business Partner provides strategic HR consultation to optimize people, structure, process and culture, with the goal of achieving business results. This role is a single point of contact for the management team, and involves managing the design and delivery of human resources solutions by partnering with internal HR resources. A breadth of knowledge in the areas of organizational development, staffing, learning/development, rewards, etc. is required for success in this role, as is a demonstrated ability to drive human resource strategies and programs in a complex environment.8+ years of human resources experience, preferably in a high growth, changing environment 2 years in a leadership capacity working closely with key executives Bachelors degree in human resources or related field is preferred Masters degree and PHR or SPHR certification is strongly desiredWashington Mutual is an equal opportunity employer.
