Work effectively in teams or individually with focus on building positive working relationships. Develop and maintain systems/technical documentation. Participate in inspections/peer reviews at all project stages. Develop a knowledge of our SPI levels & processes. Support systems during regular business hours, off-hours, and weekends. Qualifications:  AA/BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.+ 8 plus years technical experience.  COBOL, MVS JCL, VSAM, DB2, TSO, CICS, Microsoft products.  Working knowledge of software, hardware, and networks.  Knowledge and/or experience with document preparation products such as Dialogue would be a plus. Fundamental knowledge of credit card industry, preferred. Ability to solve business problems with appropriate automated solutions. Manages time efficiently, reliable and dependable. Strong Analysis skills required Customer facing skills and Problem Solving skills required. Demonstrated Team Player with good Judgement and communication skills required. Must be flexibile and a quick learner with demonstrated skills in stress management.
