JOB SUMMARY

 

We are a well known lender that specializes in FHA and conventional financing.  We are looking for Senior Loan Officers that are aggressive and motivated by success.  We do not require our Loan Officers to work night hours and all leads are provided by us.  NO COLD CALLING REQUIRED. 

 

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Qualifications/Skills: 1+ years of retail mortgage banking and/or retail banking, lending and  inside sales experience in an A paper Lending environment requiredThorough understanding of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA underwriting and productsProficient with Desktop Underwriting and Encompass desiredStrong oral and written communication skills specifically over phone and email/internet requiredExcellent presentational skills requiredHighly organized and able to handle pressurePositive attitude, team player100% Customer Service Attitude toward internal and external customersCollege Degree desired
