SENIOR LOAN REVIEW MANAGER

 

Successful $20 billion Midwest holding company seeks individual to oversee the providing of ongoing, independent audits of credit quality and documentation of the loan portfolios for the holding company and its affiliate banks, monitor compliance with laws and regulations governing the lending functions, provide appropriate information to management for review and analysis, recommend best practices, develop portfolio risk reports and maintain favorable regulatory relations. Desirable candidate should be degreed with additional educational and professional credentials, as well as 15+ years banking and/or regulatory experience, particularly in loan administration and credit management and documentation. Candidate should also be able to develop strategic direction for the loan review function, determine department’s needs and services, develop and maintain a quality loan review process, handle regulatory oversight, and enhance the management team.
