We are currently seeking a Senior Operations Manager for a full time permanent position. Our client is seeking a self-motivated, self confident team player that can work well in a growing fast paced business casual environment. This company offers great benefits including 401K.   

Responsibilities include: Coordinate deployment of new releases with internal control procedures, including the release management process, staffing, planning and execution of mission critical systemsM&P creation and adoptionroadmap managementdirectly manage a support team

Requirements

All qualified applicants will possess these minimum requirements:A minimum of six (6) years in technical support, business analysis or other customer facing roles Experience in dealing with high-availability production systemsFormal project management methodologyMicrosoft Project and Excel
