Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description: Performs quality assurance testing for new Treasury Management products/services, hardware/software and application upgrades. Will identify variances to expected results, document issues and communicate results to Senior Quality Assurance Analyst. Accountable for testing certification and sign off, confirming testing has been successfully performed in accordance with Treasury Management’s Quality Control standards. Provide updates to Quality Assurance Manager and/or Group Manager regarding testing results and project status. Direct Quality Assurance projects related to annual regulatory/industry changes, application/system upgrades, bug fixes, etc. Ensure changes are well planned, documented and executed on time. Responsible for the development and management of detailed quality assurance test plans.Liaison to Service Partners, System End Users, and Interfacing application. Provide clear, concise and timely information relative to projects, modifications, enhancements or performance deficits. Support system modification or enhancements made by End Users or Interfacing applications. Gain a thorough understanding of all system interfaces/end users applications, job stream and system architecture. Provides operational, analytical and research support to Treasury Management operations, and business units. Assists in diagnosing system, application and performance issues related to testing or production environment. Identifies and reports issues through defined tracking system. Communicates issues, resolutions and/or suggested enhancements to Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst and/or Q/A Manager. Responsible for the development and review of test case scripts for unit, integration and regression testing cycles. Provides continual enhancements to test scripts as new features are introduced or issues arise. Responsible for the development and maintenance of operational/technical procedures, process workflows and training material for new and updated systems/applications for Operations, Technical, Business and Quality Assurance Teams. Create and present training sessions related to application usage, new processes and work flows as a result of upgrades, conversions and implementations. Required Skills: Bachelors Degree with 4 -5 years Treasury Management job experience, 2 years Quality Assurance job experience, in the areas of Bank Operations, Technical, Interfacing Applications and Product Client Service. Ability to interact between users, technical system support group, business segments and management; A background in Treasury Management, (Operations, Business, Technical and PCS). Possesses organizational and attention to detail skills; Analytical thought process and complex problem solving skills; Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills; Experience in building test scripts, conditions and data. Strong understanding of product and system functionality. Project Management skills, ability to lead complex, multi-faceted projects to completion. 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance practices and methodology. Strong PC and typing Skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
