Senior SBA Underwriter

We are a preferred lender with the U.S. Small Business Administration and are looking for a preferred SBA Underwriter to join our team.  As one of our Senior SBA Underwriter your responsibilities will include performing analysis of financial and credit information, preparing written loan submissions for decision.  Our Senior SBA Underwriter will also be responsible for successfully managing positive work relationships with sales staff, loan processing staff, department heads and the SBA.

 

Requirements include:  3+ years in commercial SBA lending, sound financial analysis skills, strong understanding of SBA, credit, loan processing and legal policies and procedures,  excellent written and oral communication skills,  interpersonal skills, general computer literacy and strong organizational skills.

 

Salary: $75,000-$90,000 DOE

 

Location: Denver, Co Area
