The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance  and 2 to 3 years of PublicTax experience. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with tax preparation software preferred but not required. Very good oral and written communication skills. Very good interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills. Working knowledge of the mutual fund industry. As a Senior Tax Analyst for PFPC, the candidate prepares income and excise tax provisions. Prepare federal and state tax returns for mutual fund clients. Prepare federal and state partnership returns. Assists in special projects when needed. Calculates book/tax adjustments. Prepares income tax provisions. Calculates excise tax distribution requirements. Prepares compliance reporting for mutual funds.
