Senior Training Specialist
BROAD FUNCTION: Under the supervision of the Vice President, Director of Training, this sole incumbent role is responsible for the program design and delivery of technical/application training programs for multiple lines of business on PFPC’s newly acquired Albridge Solutions. This position will be located at the Albridge headquarters in Lawrenceville, New Jersey.  Albridge Solutions provides enterprise wealth management services to 150 financial institutions, more than 100,000 financial advisors and millions of investors that enables advisors to deliver an accurate, single view of all of their clients’ assets. Albridge Solutions also placed among the top five in the Deloitte & Touche New Jersey Technology Fast 50 List, which ranks the 50 fastest growing technology companies headquartered in New Jersey.  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties and responsibilities of the position include approximately 70% Program Development and 30% Training Delivery including: ·         Performs training needs analysis with potential internal clients·         Recommends, designs, develops and delivers blended learning programs to meet client needs·         Develops and maintains a core training curriculum for the Albridge Solution·         Instructional design of all training materials including manuals, facilitator guides, job aides, e-learning courseware, etc.·         Evaluates program effectiveness by incorporating industry best practices for learning measurements and metrics·         Delivers functional and process oriented application training, release training, and custom enhancement training for clients·         Establishes and maintains training application environments·         Participates in activities that will advance self and the company·         Performs other duties as assigned  EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: The ideal candidates should posses the following education and experience:·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience·         2-4 years of training program design and delivery in financial software applications and/or significant experience with Albridge Solution or similar financial industry software with the ability/desire to learn training skills·         Must have experience serving clients·         Must have strong presentation skills.·         Must have strong documentation skills.·         Must have strong communication skills.·         Must have strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)·         Must have a positive attitude and be comfortable in a dynamic, fast passed and rapidly changing environment.·         Client service experience a plus  Additional experience in the following areas is highly desirable but not required:·         e-Learning development using Lectora, Articulate, Captivate, Flash, etc.·         Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) PFPC, a member of The PNC Financial Services Group, is a leading provider of processing, technology and business solutions for the global investment industry.
