Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Hours per week: 40 Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Qualifications Candidate must posses 5 or more years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server products. Experience with the following a plus: SQL Database Systems (Oracle, Microsoft SQL, DB2), Web Services (IIS, Apache, WebSphere), Citrix and SNA Gateways (Microsoft Host Integration Server, IBM Communications Server). Candidate must have two or more years of project experience with demonstrated large scale systems integration at the enterprise level for a Fortune 500 size company. Candidate should have team leadership experience. Candidate must have excellent organization, communication and problem solving skills. Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required. Windows 2003 MSCE certification desired. Responsibilities Work with business lines, project management, vendors and other technical groups with in Citizens to implement current selected technology solutions. This will include but not be limited to design and architecting server topology and hardware, providing cost estimates for project budgets, implementing the architected system, supervise other server engineers and/or incremental resources working on integration tasks, documenting the implemented system and providing post implementation support. Assign tasks and supervise as needed other server engineers and incremental engineering resources that may be assigned to assist in completing project deliverables. Maintain standard build configuration documents and bill of materials to keep up with changing technology, security and audit requirements. Interact with management staff on strategic planning and recommend future technologies and directions. Provide mentoring and coaching to aid in the transfer of technical and procedural knowledge.
