Service & Quality Analyst Develops and implements quality assurance programs designed to improve the "customer experience" for both internal and external customers throughout Amegy Bank. Partners with key stakeholders, including Banking Center Managers, Community Bank partners, and affiliate partners to design and implement strategic initiatives to meet group or company goals. Performs (or oversees) analyses of programs and applies findings to the "customer experience" initiatives designed to differentiate overall service and quality from competitor financial institutions. Identifies and analyzes innovative process and technology solutions for various projects. Plans, directs, and coordinates project deliverables. Previous Banking experience preferred Familiarity with bank products, services, and associated systems MS Excel required MS Access preferredService & Quality Analyst I, X21 - Typically requires a Bachelor's and 2+ years of directly related experience. Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. Working knowledge of banking products and services, product delivery systems, MS office suite, statistical analyses, management reporting, and internet (web) familiarity. Excellent communications skills both written and verbal (presentations).Service & Quality Analyst II, X22 - Typically requires a Bachelor's and 4+ years of directly related experience. Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline, plus extensive knowledge of other related fields. Extensive knowledge of banking products and services, product delivery systems, MS office suite, statistical analyses, management reporting, and internet (web).
