Primary responsibility for the administration and management of the assigned area, including all commercial lending and deposit gathering in the assigned area specifically responsible for the coaching and mentoring of 10 business banking officers including one healthcare business banking officer, dotted line responsibility of the sales management of the cash management officers in the assigned area.
