We are looking for a Servicing Agent to handle our Collections.

 

Servicing Agent – Collections   

 

Primary Function: 

 

Provide collection efforts for loan portfolio, including changes in account information and ordering site visits.

 

Essential Functions:

 Contact borrowers on all rejected loan payments Maintain process for follow up on delinquent loans Contact borrowers to collect delinquent loan payments Record all collection activity in appropriate reports and servicing log, document current status of defaulted loans and follow up with needed correspondence and documentation as needed Schedule site visits for bank and delinquent loans Handles ACH changes with borrowers

 

 

Qualifications:

 Minimum of 3 year collections experience Proficiency with MS Office applications Ability to prioritize, multi-task and remain organized Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service, problem solving and follow-up skills Spanish speaking skills are a plus!

 

 

Education:

 

High School Diploma

 

Physical Requirements:

 

Ability to lift 5lbs
