Software Support Analyst Salt Lake City, UT Zions Bancorporation is looking for an Software Support Analyst to install large and small application systems. These installations will involve vendor enhancements and new releases as needed for upgrades and modifications. Will serve as liaison between departments. Prepares necessary documentation. May assist the development of the software support analysis team members. Requirements:Bachelors and 2-4+ years of directly related experience. Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. Working knowledge of two or more: Windows 2000 server, Windows 2003 Server, Web Applications, Lockbox Applications, Item Processing Applications, Laser Pro, SPOT, eFX, Document Management Applications, Phoenix, IBS Net, MTS, and related banking applications.
